Join Orkney wildlife guide Megan Taylor of Wild Orkney Walks on a linear coastal walk from Yesnaby car park, heading south, and returning by the same route.

“We follow the coastline past Yesnaby Castle, towards North Gaulton. On a clear day, it is possible to get good views of the Old Man of Hoy. This is a beautiful stretch of coast with lots of interesting features.”

Medium, £36pp

Megan’s aim with the Festival walks is to take you off the beaten track where you can see some different wildlife and enjoy Orkney scenery.

The maximum group size is 6 people. You are advised to have appropriate footwear for walking, ie walking boots as well as warm, waterproof clothing. Binoculars and camera are also advisable.
